HVAC / General Service
Masters service technicians are fully trained and licenced to work on an array of equipment residential as well as commercial. Our company offers 24 hour emergency repair as well as daytime repair and service on all types of the following equipment and systems. We all know that when you dont maintain your sysytem it's gonna break down on at the worst possible time. So if it's a weekend, holiday or in the middle of the night we will have one of our technicians avalible for you.
The technicians are also there to answer any questions you may think of on your equipment or on any new equipment you maybe thinking of upgrading to. If it's an entire system, new digital thermostat, whole house humidifier, or air filter they ready to give you the advice that you need to make the right choice.
Masters also recommends yearly maintanence on all heating and air conditioning equipment. Many people think that only oil heat has to be maintanenced, but in fact gas and air condioning need to be inspected and cleaned every year. Your equipment should be running at 100% all the time. Things like plugged coils, weak transformers, lose wires and of course, plugged air filters make any system run inadequate and inefficient. These small problems lead to much bigger ones, like total replacement of your equipment.
We are also now 100% installing R-410A air conditioning sysytems. The old R-22 or "Freon" systems ar no longer being made and compressors and coils are getting harder and harder to find. This is one reason to maintanence your system or if its getting up there in age think about replacing. Ask our technician about the R-410A conversion more information.
HVAC / New Installation and Replacement
Having vast experience in installations for new construction, as well as apartment and commercial applications; we will complete any new installation need. We can complete both residential and commercial inspections of equipment. This inspection can be a preventative maintenance inspection or current condition review. We also do and recommend before buying a home to have us look at the heating, air conditioning and water heater equipment. Most home inspectors only turn the equipment on and do not test them. We can fin things even the existing home owners dont know about, but you will want to know before buying the home. The amount of detail gathered during this inspection will help you save money and help your equipment have a long service free life.
HVAC / Maintenance Contracts
