HVAC / General Service

Masters service technicians are fully trained and licenced to work on an array of equipment residential as well as commercial. Our company offers 24 hour emergency repair as well as daytime repair and service on all types of the following equipment and systems. We all know that when you don't maintain your system it will break down at the worst possible time. Weekend, holiday or in the middle of the night we will have one of our technicians available for you.

The technicians are also there to answer any questions you may have on your equipment or on any new equipment upgrade.  If it's an entire system, new digital thermostat, whole house humidifier, or air filter they ready to give you the advice that you need to make the right choice.

Masters also recommends yearly maintenance on all heating and air conditioning equipment. Many people think that only oil heat has to be maintenanced, but in fact gas and air conditioning also need to be inspected and cleaned every year. Your equipment should be running at 100% efficiency all the time. Things like plugged coils, weak transformers, loose wires and of course, plugged air filters make any system inefficient. These small problems lead to much bigger ones, like total replacement of your equipment.

We are now installing only R-410A air conditioning sysytems. The old R-22 or "Freon" systems are no longer being manufactured; compressors and coils are getting harder to find and more expensive. This is one reason to maintain your system or if its getting up there in age think about replacement.  Ask our technician about the R-410A conversion.

HVAC / New Installation and Replacement

Having vast experience in installations for new construction, as well as apartment and commercial applications; we can complete any new installation or replacement need.  If you are thinking of building a new home, adding that family room, or finally installing central air conditioning, let us show you a variety of options that best suit your comfort needs and budget.

During your last annual maintenance, did the technician tell you "it was time to replace that old unit?"  Most of the time we seem to wait until the most important part of our homes, (heating, a/c equipment or water heater) completely breaks down. You know that they seem to" like" to break down at the worst possible time; on the hottest day of the summer, or the coldest night in the winter. Like an older car that keeps needing more repairs, your heating or air conditioning equipment will wear out, so; it's always a good idea when your equipment reaches it's lifespan (15years in most cases) to start looking into an upgrade. We will show you different options such has high efficiency equipment and air cleaners for your home that will be perfect for everyone. We also can work on apartment buildings and light commercial applications in the same manner. HVAC / Inspections

We can complete both residential and commercial inspections of equipment. This inspection can be a preventative maintenance inspection or current condition review. We also recommend before buying a home to have us look at the heating, air conditioning and water heaters. Most home inspectors only turn the equipment on and do not test them. We have find problems that even the home owners don't know about; but; you must know before buying the home. The amount of detail gathered during this inspection will help you save money and help your equipment have a long life.

HVAC / Maintenance Contracts

Starting in the summer of 2013, Masters Heating and Air Conditioning will no longer supply Service/Maintenance contracts.  We will be instituting a new form of pricing that will offer all our regular customers (those who have their equipment maintenanced annually) a discounted service rate.  All regular customers will also recieve a discount on any reqired parts.  Our service technicians will carry a pricing book where customers can see exactly what the cost of maintenance or repair will be. Previous service contract customers will be able to see that they are paying approximately the same as before and that Masters is simplifying it's pricing structure and making available the same fair pricing to all customers.
